Julie K. Woodward

Flagstaff attorney Julie Woodward's law practice encompasses business law, entity formation, employment law and estate planning.

An experienced litigator and appellate advocate and a 2018 Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree, Julie Woodward has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through appeal, and in responding to regulatory complaints. She also works with Paul Brinkmann and Howard Brown in our Flagstaff office to serve our clients in estate planning and corporate transactions, from formation and maintenance to succession planning and resolving employment matters.

Other lawyers frequently look to Julie on complex questions of insurance law and regulation, and she has served as an arbitrator on a variety of business and contractual matters. She is also on the steering committee for Wills for Heroes, a pro bono organization that provides simple estate planning and advanced directives for first responders and their spouses.
