Julie K. Woodward
Flagstaff attorney Julie Woodward's law practice
encompasses business law, entity formation, employment law and estate planning.
An experienced litigator and appellate advocate and a
2018 Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree, Julie
Woodward has represented clients in all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit
negotiations through appeal, and in responding to regulatory complaints. She
also works with Paul Brinkmann and Howard Brown in our Flagstaff office to
serve our clients in estate planning and corporate transactions, from formation
and maintenance to succession planning and resolving employment matters.
Other lawyers frequently look to Julie on complex
questions of insurance law and regulation, and she has served as an arbitrator
on a variety of business and contractual matters. She is also on the steering
committee for Wills for Heroes, a pro bono organization that provides simple
estate planning and advanced directives for first responders and their spouses.
